Bilal Pearl Suites, a luxury residential tower at The Pearl Qatar development for which Faithful+Gould provided cost and construction services, has today opened its doors for the first time.

Developed by Ahmed Hassan Bilal Trading & Contracting Company (AHB), the project offers a combination of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom full-furnished luxury suites and beach-front villas.

Other amenities include 24-hour security, professional cleaning services, underground and covered parking, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness clubs for men and women, private function rooms, restaurants and cafes.

Faithful+Gould worked with GHD Global, which provided design and supervision services, to deliver the project to the high standards demanded by AHB.

Nigel Sale, resident director for Faithful+Gould in the Middle East, said: “This is an exceptional development which positions us well to develop our business in Qatar.

“The Qatar market demands a world-class product, and this is presenting good opportunities for international firms with the skills and experience to add real value to construction projects,” said Sale.

Positioned on Parcel 10 of the Viva Bahriya phase of The Pearl Qatar, Bilal Pearl Suites was the first structure to begin construction at this phase of the manmade island development.
